Meet the team behind Louis L’Amour’s THE DIAMOND OF JERU at the Austin Public Library, as they explain how this thrilling full cast audio dramatization was made. Join us beforehand for a wine and cheese reception at 5:30 pm. This special presentation will begin at 6:30 pm.

Before Louis L’Amour ever wrote about the American West, he traveled to the Far East, where his adventures inspired numerous stories, including THE DIAMOND OF JERU. Never before available on audio, this riveting recording is produced by Louis L’Amour’s son, Beau L’Amour, and performed by a FULL CAST of actors.

Listeners will be transported to the jungles of Borneo, in this unique and action-packed audio experience, full of cleverly crafted sound effects and a stirring musical score. Think Indiana Jones meets Diamonds Are Forever. With themes of suspense and romance, this dramatization has all the earmarks of a crowd-pleaser.

This is a night of audio adventures you won’t want to miss!
