Will orders placed on the website be delivered on Saturday?
We do not currently offer Saturday delivery for next-day and 2-day orders placed on our website. This is because our carriers do not offer Saturday delivery to all areas, so we need to check availability first. Additionally, there a $10 surcharge for Saturday deliveries that has to be added to your order.
Should you require Saturday delivery, please contact our customer service department for assistance.
Do I still have time to purchase an item in order to receive it before the 24th?
To have an audiobook delivered by the 22nd, be sure to order before the following dates:
For 1st Class or UPS Ground deliveries, please order by:

For Overnight and Second day deliveries, please order by:
12pm EST on Dec. 19, 2006

Will you send me a confirmation when my order ships?
We always send out a shipping confirmation e-mail once your order has been processed and picked up by a mail carrier for delivery. Delivery times will vary by the carrier and shipping method you select.
How can I find out when my order will ship?
You should always check your original order confirmation for the expected ship time of your order. If you do not have that available, then your next course of action should be to visit the Recent Orders section of the My Account page. There you will find information regarding your order as well as tracking numbers if they are available.
Can I use my FedEx or UPS account number to cover shipping costs?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept 3rd party FedEx or UPS account numbers to cover shipping costs.
