This book was an instant favorite with my 6 yr, old daughter. As a teacher, a Mom and a kindergartner (many years ago) , Junie's adventures feel familiar and are truly delightful. We laughed so hard we had to read portions over again, some times. Junie's Mushy-Gushy Valentine is clever and halerious when she thinks that there is a meatball in the "Valentime" mailbox and later finds out who her secret admirer is!!!! Now we have all the Junie books.
