Title Description
NIGHT FALL marks the return of the detective John Corey of the bestselling THE LION'S GAME and PLUM ISLAND. On a Long Island beach at dusk, Bob Mitchell and Janet Whitney are videotaping themselves making love. When, all of a sudden, a terrible explosion lights up the sky, the couple flees, taking their camera with them. Five years later, the crash of Flight 800 is attributed to a mechanical malfunction. Suspecting a cover-up at the highest levels, John Corey and Kate Mayfield, members of the Elite Anti-terrorist Task Force, disobey orders by trying to find the one piece of evidence that will tell the truth about what really happened: the video tape of the couple making love on the beach followed by the last moments of Flight 800.
