Title Description
Growing up together in a small Texas town, Joanne and Darla have been lifelong friends. Their friendship is so strong that, when Darla proves to be infertile, Joanne agrees to bear her child. Four months into her surrogate pregnancy, Joanne crashes her car just a couple of miles from Darla's home. Joanne dies; the child is born premature. A grieving Darla must uncover the secrets that drew Joanna out onto the road in the early morning of the day of her death. In doing so, she discovers truths that hide in her own life, her relationships, and her past.
