Title Description
The master of international intrigue and suspense turns the facts of the Persian Gulf War into heart-stopping fiction: the utterly convincing story of what might have happened. Peopled with vivid characters, from the protagonist, Major Mike Martin of Britain's elite Special Air Service Regiment, to President Bush and General Schwarzkopf, THE FIST OF GOD moves back and forth between Washington and London, Baghdad and Kuwait, desert vastnesses and city bazaars, revealing the intricacies of intelligence operations.

"It's the mark of master Forsyth that characters and background are introduced so cleanly and precisely that impossibly complex events are never confusing....The story develops its grip so surely that it's almost impossible to put the book down." (Publishers Weekly)

This is one of the most exciting as well as interesting books I have ever listened to. I would recomend it to anyone. In fact I would recomend all of Forsyth's books as I have listened to all 9 that Books on Tape has.
